We want you to love your yarn! If something isn’t right, items can be returned to us within 3 months of your order date, provided they are unused and in original condition:

  • Yarn: Must have the label/band intact.
  • Yarn Packs: Must be returned as a complete set.
  • Accessories & Kits: Packaging must be unopened and sealed.

⚠️ Please note: We do not offer free return labels, and you will be responsible for international return shipping costs to our warehouse in Denmark.

🚫 Digital Products: Please note that digital items cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

How to Make a Return

  1. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items. Include your original delivery slip (attached to your tracking email). If you don’t have a printer, simply include a handwritten note with your Full Name and Order Number.
  2. Address the Parcel: Address your package exactly as follows:

  3. Ship with Tracking: We highly recommend requesting a tracked shipping service at your local post office. Hobbii is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Once our warehouse team receives and processes your return, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. 😊
