The Hobbii App: Everything You Need to Know

📱 Does the app look different?
Yes, we have updated the app to provide you with a simpler, faster, and more reliable shopping experience. 🛍️✨
The new version focuses on making it easier to browse products and complete purchases. Some features that were previously available in the app have moved to the browser, which now serves as the main place for community features, points, patterns, and more.
🔑How can I log into the app?
We’ve updated our login system to make it easier and more secure! 🥳
Here’s what you need to know:
📧 Easy Email Codes: Instead of a password, just enter your email to receive a quick 6-digit code.
✨ All-in-One Sign-Up: New to Hobbii or returning? Just enter your email, no separate registration needed.
You might be logged out after this update, but logging back in takes just a few seconds!
📖 How do I access, download, or buy patterns?
All of our patterns are only available on the Hobbii website, including in the mobile browser. They are not available in the app.
To browse, purchase or download patterns, simply visit the Hobbii website in your preferred browser and log in with your Hobbii account. Once you're there, you'll have access to our full pattern collection. 🥳
🎁 How can I earn and redeem points?
Nothing has changed when it comes to earning points. 🎉 All customers with a (free) Hobbii account earn points with every order. Make sure you are logged in when placing your order, whether in the app or in the browser, and the points will automatically be added to your account.
You can also continue earning points through activities like Bingo. 💖
To redeem points, you need to shop in the browser. There, you can visit the Points Store and exchange your points for exciting rewards. 🎉
🎉 How do I play Bingo?
You can join our weekly Bingo game through your Hobbii account. 😍
Step 1: Log in to your Hobbii account (on the website or in the app).
Step 2: Click on "My Hobbii" and select "Bingo".
Step 3: If you're using the app, you'll automatically be redirected to the Bingo page in your browser. If you're already on the website, you'll go directly to the Bingo page. The Bingo Host will explain all the rules.

💰 Is there a bulk discount?
Yes! ✅ Many of our products get even cheaper when you buy more.🎉
You’ll see the full bulk discount breakdown right on the product page. While the price on the page stays at the single-item rate, your extra savings and updated price per item will automatically apply at checkout once you add them to your cart.
👥 How can I post in the Hobbii Community?
It is no longer possible to access the community feature via the app.
You can continue using this feature in the browser. There you can post pictures and reviews and get inspired by other Hobster's creations.
📸 Can I see photos and reviews from other Hobsters?
We love seeing all your amazing creations! 💖
At the moment, customer project photos and reviews are not available in the app. If you'd like to see how a yarn looks in real life, visit our website to browse photos, reviews, and projects shared by fellow Hobsters. ✨
You can also continue uploading your own project photos and reviews on the website. We hope to bring these features to the app again in the future. 🌈
🧶 Where can I find my Projects, Stash, or Patterns?
These features are simply no longer available in the app. You can continue accessing them through the browser.
✨ What is the new "Explore" feature?
The Explore feature is your new home for creative inspiration!
It’s a space in the app where you can scroll through fresh project ideas, discover new products and accessories, and find featured items with just one click, making it even easier to start your next project! 🌈
