Laelia is a triangular shawl, knitted from the corner out, with increases on one side only. Its simple design was made specifically for gradient yarn, but will look bold with solid color, too.
You can also use any fingering weight yarn for this design (100 g = 400-420 m), and you will need 200 g to complete the shawl.
Laelia is a small genus of 25 species in the orchid family.
