This pattern is an intermediate level pattern; created using different stitch techniques such as the moss stitch, the cluster stitch, and the iris stitch.
It is made as a rectangle and then uses decreases to made a triangle shape at the bottom. The tassels are then created. Then we attach the piece to a wooden dowel or a piece of wood using a single crochet method, and add a string to hang your piece up on a wall.
