PATTERN INFORMATION

This elegant shawl is knitted back and forth in one piece. The project begins with a short garter stitch border, followed by a decorative textured pattern of knit and purl stitches. The pattern is worked according to a chart, while the side edges are knitted in garter stitch throughout to ensure stability. After reaching the desired length, the shawl finishes with another garter stitch border before the stitches are bound off.
